Are your Property Taxes too High? |
Now is the time to seek justice. |
Assessment notices for 2020 have been mailed. There is only a very small window to appeal residential and agricultural property taxes, and those property owners are required by law to either appear before the March Boards of Review or, in some jurisdictions property owners may send their protests in writing. (Call your assessor to discover your options). Commercial/Industrial property tax appeals may bypass the March Board and be filed directly with the Michigan Tax Tribunal as long as they are filed by May 31, 2020. |
