Was a registered lobbyist in the State Legislature and drafted legislation including: The Family Support Act; General Counsel to the Governor’s Office of Drug Abuse and Drafted 7411 Expungement Law and the entire Criminal Drug Substance Abuse Laws now presently in effect in Michigan; drafted Mini-Tort Law on property damage for vehicles still in effect in the No Fault Insurance area. misdemeanor cases and in charge of paternity division and created 1st
appellate division. Represented the County and Michigan Secretary of State
in Court on license appeal cases.
