Tom provides a wide spectrum of immigration legal services, such as family reunification, adjustment of status, citizenship, asylum and removal defense to community members from across the State of Michigan, regardless of immigration status. Tom's expertise is available with or without referral and his services are offered in exchange for retainers which are established to address each client's unique situation. He generally charges $250 per hour for his professional time.
Tom's office staff assists clients with administrative and translation work while charging those clients only $50 per hour. Our staff is proficient with: English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and Italian.
