Your 2024 taxes have gone up.  There is a small window to appeal commercial and industrial property taxes (those property owners are not required to appear before the March Board of Review).  Commercial/Industrial property tax appeals may be filed directly with the Michigan Tax Tribunal as long as they are filed no later than on May 31, 2024. Save time/money- file ASAP.
