Your 2026 property taxes have increased.  There is only a small window to obtain Justice. Business property tax appeals must be filed with the Michigan Tax Tribunal no later than May 31, 2026.

 Time is of the essence. The Tribunal’s absolute filing deadline for Business Appeals (both commercial/industrial) is May 31, 2026. You need reliable evidence (usually an appraisal) and Tom’s experience in your corner:
